The only problem I had with booking through your company is charging on
my
visa card. I was told many times that they will charge 50% first and
then
another 50% at hotel. Intead all amont was charged on my visa card
right
away). They did return me the remainder cause I stayed less time than I
booked, but you should give information out correctly, so people dont
get
surprises.....

parts of July and
the beginning of august.
I found that the staff were pushy, tried to hard
sell packages that
were not required and I did not feel comfortable
around them.
If I had been
travelling alone I would have felt quite
threatened as we were driven
off route and left sitting in the back of a car
with one of the
representatives who tried to sell us several
hundred pounds worth of
unsuitable tours. We changed our hotel to another
place and and moved
our airport transfer with another firm during our
stay because of
this.

I have been wanting to write this letter for some time, so was thankful to get your message! Paul and John could not say enough about what a good time they had with you! They said the drivers were fun and kind and had no troubles meeting them at the airport. They also said that the guide was outstanding. As they are both keen history students they loved the fact that he had a teachers heart and really took the time to teach them as they saw the various things. They said he packed in a lot into the short time they had in Cairo, for which they were most thankful. As well as being an outstanding teacher they said he was lots of fun, they loved their time with him! I know that if they were ever able to be back in Egypt they would be back in contact with you. As you will remember from all our e-mails back and forth I really wanted this to be a special time for them, and it turned out to be far better than I could have hoped for. Please know that you have my hearts deep thanks! They also loved the fellujah ride(spelling?) As they are both sailers here at home in Maine, they were quite impressed with their abilities of moving the boat about in the strong winds. Paul is now in law school. He is doing very well, with God's blessings. He has given some thought to international law or diplomat work, but will need to pay off his law school bills first. John is at home finishing his high school work. Often when he is reading or studying he will refer back to his time in Egypt and compare what he is studying to that time. I think it was such a special time they will have it as a memory for life. If I hear of anyone coming to Egypt I will certainly give them your e-mail address. When I spoke to Stacey in December I told her how much the boys enjoyed their time with you. I am so thankful to Stacey for directing me to you, and to you for your great kindness and care in arranging such a special trip for Paul and John.

your website in early 2005 and paid for all in advance:
1-Pickup from the Cairo airport and delivery to my hotel in Cairo
(Cosmopolitan);
2-One night accommodation at the Cosmopolitan; and
3-Pickup from my hotel and delivery to the Cairo airport for my return
flight home.
The service for Numbers 1 and 2 was excellent. However, even though I
paid
in advance, no driver ever arrived at my hotel to drive me to the
airport
(Number 3). I tried to contact your agency repeatedly with no success.
I was
forced to incur the additional expense of a taxi to the airport (which
my
hotel arranged for me.)
I sincerely hope these comments assist you in improving your service.

the service I received. (We were also very pleased with the hotel --
the
Windsor Palace -- which was excellent and well situated for people who
wanted to explore the main sights of Alexandria on foot.
I would, however, suggest two things -- first, that you arrange to
accept
reservations and credit card info via secure e-mail rather than fax
(the
latter can present problems when using international lines, security
remains
a concern for the client and, of course, using phone lines can be
expensive); and, second, that you ask your staff to follow up promptly
confirming the receipt of reservation information and confirming the
reservations themselves.
Thank you for following up with me. It is always a pleasure to see
such
expressions of professional concern for the service provided to
clients.
